You have signed up for a charity challenge and have plenty of help to raise funds towards your chosen cause, but now what?

The next step is to prepare your mind and body for the event and build your endurance so that you are ready to enjoy the challenge ahead. Toby has trained, motivated and successfully coached a number of athletes in various challenges. On top of devising a suitable training plan it has included guidance and advice on kit, equipment, and nutrition as well as providing 1:2:1 and group technical skills sessions.

It is important to ask yourself “why am I doing this, why am I here”, being mentally invested in your challenge is critical it is not enough to be physically prepared alone. We will work with you to help you along your journey and provide you the support you need during those dark periods that will occur.
